Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information www.drnamin.com (the “site”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Namin Facial Plastic Surgery (“we”, “us”). It covers the website only and does not replace the practice's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you give us
Consultation requests. When you request a consultation, we ask for your first name, a mobile phone number, and the procedure you are interested in. On our contact page you may also give your last name, email address, and a message. We use this information only to contact you about scheduling and to answer your questions. It is sent to our practice by email through our email provider, Resend, and is not shared with advertising or analytics services.
Phone calls and email. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that call or message.
Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form. We will discuss your health privately at your consultation.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. Google signals and advertising personalization features are turned off.
Advertising measurement. When we advertise on Google and you arrive from one of our ads, the site may use Google Ads conversion tracking to count whether that visit led to a consultation request, a call, or a click to book online. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, the procedure you chose, or your message to Google. The conversion count does include the address and title of the page you sent your request from, which can show the procedure that page describes.
Call tracking. If you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number shown on the site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number. When you call it, Google tells us that a call came from an ad and how long it lasted, and forwards the call to our office. Calls are not recorded by this service.
Ad and campaign details. When you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign codes, the site stores those codes (for example the ad click ID and the campaign name) in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. If you then request a consultation, those codes are sent with your request so we know which campaign it came from.
Server logs. Our hosting providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse, including limiting repeated form submissions.

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are only set after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you make no choice, they stay off. If you choose Decline, they stay off and the site deletes any ad click IDs it stored. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use remarketing, retargeting, or audience lists built from visits to this site.
- We do not use the information in your consultation request for advertising.
- We do not place our analytics or advertising tags on the online booking system.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site tells Google not to use advertising storage or send advertising user data for your visit, even if you accept cookies, and does not store ad click IDs.
Online booking
“Book online” links take you to our scheduling provider, PatientNow, which operates its own site under its own privacy terms. Information you enter there is handled by PatientNow on our behalf.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our Health Beauty Confidence med spa site. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Health information and HIPAA
Information you share with us as a patient is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available from our office on request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
